Evaluation of medical applicant's 'fitness to practice'

I was wondering if any of the friendly pharmacy students out there could help me out with something. I recently had surgery but I’m able to studying and attending classes but it has me a bit worried about ‘ fitness to practice’ , especially since I took offer from universities. Do you have any advice or guidance on how to check for any conditions? Thanks in advance!
