interview with weightmans

anyone had an interview with weightmans before? what was it like.

I haven't had an interview with Weightmans before but I think you are likely to be tested on the skills that the firm looks for in a trainee. If it is an assessment day, then you might have a series of interviews and exercises. You might have a competency-based interview for which I would recommend to write down the experiences you have had and what skills you developed from them. Try to practise your answer in front of a friend or family member.

Another important aspect is commercial awareness. It is very likely to appear on the interview, You might have to read an article and talk about it or the interviewer could ask you "tell me about a news story you have read" so make sure you have something prepared.
