Should I apply for the Think Big Bursary?

I received a conditional offer from Bristol and planned to apply for the Think Big Bursary. However, while reading the Terms and Conditions, I noticed that students are required to meet or exceed their entry requirements. If my grade drops slightly below the offer, I fear the possibility of Bristol withdrawing the scholarship but still letting me in when I could have gone to St. Andrews instead (I might firm St. Andrews if Bristol does not offer me the bursary).

My school is very new to the IB, so I'm worried that my predicted grades may be inflated. Were there ever cases of students losing their Bristol scholarships due to grades?

Any advice? Thanks!
