stressed about EPQ

For people who have done EPQ or are currently doing it, how did you cope with the timeline of the essay? As I write this I have 13 days to complete it, however, I'm still only on the literature review, so far I've done 2200 words of introduction and lit review but I'm not even on the 5000-word discussion section :/
It seems I get stuck after every sentence, having to reread articles to write a singular line.
If y'all have any tips on how to move a bit faster or if you've had similar experiences it would be greatly appreciated!
