Are AI detectors used for coursework?

For my coursework, wrote it myself and then i used quilbot to reword what i had written and a grammar checker. However, when i put it on ai detectors it says that i had used ai. But just to make sure, i ran my original text which was not detected as AI but once i put it through quilbot and grammarly, the text is flagged as ai. So I'm wondering whether i should make my teacher aware of this or just rewrite everything quickly, i still got till Friday to send it in so i definitely could rewrite it. But I'd rather not if they don't use ai detectors since its pointless

Because i don't have that. I did each paragraph and then put it through quilbot etc. I've only got the draft of my introduction and a paragraph that i rewrote

That’s another lesson then. It costs nothing to save multiple drafts.

In that case I can only suggest a quick rewrite as AI checking is starting to be introduced.
