What is this condition called

What is the condition where you have trouble moving your legs because the muscles are permanently stiff but like you can still move a bit and walk and stuff but it’s just difficult so you use crutches or a wheelchair or whatever

That could be any number of things. I suffer with stiffness in my legs but I am in the early stages of adult onset Myotonic Dystrophy but my condition is fairly rare, you could be looking at any other type of muscular dystrophy or something else altogether.
