Best Environment & Development MA?

I have offers from a few universities in the UK and Spain to study a Masters in International Development, specialising in environment, but I can’t decide which one is best. Does anyone have any general advice about which modules will be the most important for my career (I.e. research methods), insider info on the courses, and which courses are most employable? The QS index is a bit confusing because SOAS and Sussex rank highest but they have much lower scores for employee reputation, though I think this is employer reputation for the uni as a whole, rather than the specific masters. Honestly any advise is helpful!
