Service user satisfaction with paramedic services in the UK

I'm a Healthcare professions access course student and currently doing an academic study.

It's only relevant to people who have used the emergency medical services in the UK

As an aside, the options for 'The emergency medical services gave me a clear explanation of my condition' are in the opposite order from the rest of the questions, so you may get some anonamlous responses if people don't spot it.

Edit: And it doesn't specify what a 'recent' experience is.
