personal best running times database

This post is related to microsoft access..

I have been trying to design tables and relationships for the last couple of days, but havent got very far at all.

I don't know how to set up the relationships so that i will be able to create quries such as ... "who is the fastest 100m runner, who is 17 years old" i know that i need to have sound table structure for queries like this to work.

Can someone give me any pointers, i will give more info if it is needed :o:

single table with name, age, sport and time? Then you can do queries like "select name from table where age=17 and race="100m" order by time asc limit 1", or whatever Access does for queries.
