Double Agent
Any guy that circulated a naked picture of my underage sister round school would be picking up his teeth with a broken arm, whether she'd given it to him or not. Make sure she knows whats going on. Whether or not to tell your parents I dont know.

Oh come, don't act so hard Double Agent.

I've seen that naked picture of you. You look like a skelington.

Well its not good talk to your sister she may have told the guy that she was overage so you need to consider that aswell (had a bit of a problem with a girl in a night club here only found out she was 15 when we got back to my flat i was mortified! didnt do anything kicked her into the spare room :P)

just make sure she knows its not good to do at her age

My younger sister is 15 (still at high school) and sent a guy that's in my year at college a naked picture of herself :s-smilie:
It's now going round the whole college and loads of guys have seen it and have it on their phones and before I was known as the "shy boffin girl" but now I'm known as "the pornstars sister" :s-smilie: :s-smilie:

I'm really embarrassed for her doing something so stupid and dumb but I don't know whether to tell our parents or not, do you think I should or is it normal for girls to send nude pics of themselves now? :s-smilie:

time to get that samurai sword you've been hiding for so long

just the one?

id say talk to her, give her a good ass whoopin, but dont tell your parents. theyll just get insanely angry and spontaneously combust.
watermelon sugar
plus, c'est child porn!

Good point there - there have been a few cases in the US and Australia where people who sent naked images of themselves have themselves got into trouble under child pornography legislation .I'd like to think that the authorities here use a bit of common sense here in this country - but as the image is going around there's an arguement to support distribution of child pornography.

Silly thing to do , but I'd have thought the ignominy of having an image of her naked going round to random guys would have been enough "punishment".I'd leave it alone , unless it's clear the people sending the images round know it's someone underage , in that case I'd get them done.

WOW. That would probably send me to a killing rampage if that was my little sister.

Off the top of my head I can see the following possible, I repeat possible charges that could be brought up against them if it went that far in other words worst case scenario:

Girl:

Production/Creation of child porn

Distribution of that porn

If she still as a copy then they could be awkward and add in Possession of Images as well.

Guy:

Possession and Distribution

Anyone Else who as the image:

Possession and/or Distribution

Chances are if it was taken seriously by school, college and police/ parents then "Anyone Else" will just be let off with a generic warning as it would be mental trying to arrest or organise a court hearing for like several dozen teenagers.

But the girl and the main guy could probably end up being in more trouble. It depends on if parents (any of them, even if they aren't directly involved), the school/college or news complains enough to the police so that they have to do something other then a stern warning and a conversation with the guilty parties.

Would they have her charged for every time she looked at herself naked too? -_-
I know a few people who that's happened to actually.
Tbh, I wouldn't do anything. Everyone makes mistakes, and she's probably humiliated enough as it is!

Possession of naked pictures of youself?...Is that a crime?
Do not tell your parents! I'm sure she's feeling terrible enough without them getting on her case. Even though she's only 15 and obviously very naive, I'm sure this will have taught her a lesson. Just let her know that if she does anything like this again, you'll have no choice but to tell your parents. Make her see that you're on her side, but that you don't approve in the slightest. She's probably feeling really dirty and foolish right now and will need support.
I have to say though, it's not uncommon. This sort of thing happened when I was at school, involving a masturbation video of a girl in my year and that actually got back to her parents, I think that's slightly worse!

the police can't wait until you are 18.

This is not true. If your close to 18, sometimes the police wait in order to actually be able to punish you fully.

And what the ****, don't be a dickhead and tell the police.
If I was the other guy, (and where I am from, this has happened loads of times and I find it funny. Your sister has no right to complain about the image being circulated imo) and some guy in my year called the police on me for this banter (and without a doubt, it is banter) I would see red.

You need to tell your sister shes an idiot for sending that image, and what was she expecting. You need to laugh about it and pretend not to care. Tell your parents and your sister will hate you, and (perhaps) rightly so. Your sister is 15 and is old enough to deal with this without talking to parents.

Your sister needs to laugh about it, and pretend not to care.

Will be over in <week, though you may have to recieve a few wisecracks regarding your sister, which you should brush off and take in your stride.

Those who would tell the police etc, wise up. An innocent (a 17/18 year old schoolboy doing what any 17/18 year old schoolboy would do) is potentialy restricted for years to come, an older sister is disliked, a younger sister's problem is dragged out for potentially months when she really wants to just forget, and parents are potentially shamed. And for what? Some do-gooder's idea of 'justice'?

/rant
There was a video going around school last year of a 15-year old girl who shot a "home video" for her boyfriend with her phone and sent it to him, and it ended up being sent to everyone ... it even got bluetoothed to her parents phones!

Not sure what happened with that in the end, but, any girl who is stupid enough to make naked photos/videos and send them to a boyfriend knowing full well that they aren't going to be together forever at that age, deserves everything they get. If this sort of thing doesn't happen, these women will grow up stupid.
Flipping hell, this is why people need to learn about relationships and mature before becoming sexual.

If she had the maturity not to trust teenage boys (because of course not trusting boys makes you "uptight" and you don't want to be seen that way ), this **** wouldn't happen.
