Winchester School of Art or Norwich University College of the Arts
What uni would you say I should go to to do Photography?

I'd say Winchester. Nicer place than Norwich, generally has a higher place in league tables and a higher reputation. I've visited both and prefered winchester. Also it practically is an independent art school as it's very seperate from Southampton uni in terms of location etc.
