How long does it take to get an appointment for a US student visa interview..do you get an appointment straight away or what

It depends on where the embassy is. But plan a month ahead for just making an appointment. Then an additional week or more for the visa to arrive.

Where do you live? Whick embassy is closest to you?

Tell me this and I could tell you a precise answer. :smile:

I live in London but anyway I booked an appointment last week and I have an interview for this thursday. I told them I wanted the earliest date. I'm soo thrilled
