think in July or August... cant remember...
and yes, if u r eligible then first come first serve, but it also depends on whether u r a postgrad or undergrad, i think

I'm still waiting for two unis to reply
Everyone who applies before the deadline gets equal consideration for accommodation. You will not be at a disadvantage just because universities haven't replied to you.
