Flat mate needed!!!!!

Hello.
Unfortunately one of our flatmates for the upcoming academic year has had to drop out and won't be living with us next year - hence, we need somebody to join us.

We've got a cracking flat right slap bang in the centre of Huddersfield and at the most - a 7/8 minute walk to university.

We will all be second year students, males, aged from 19-25. (Ideal if you're looking for a group a bit older to live with).

The address of the property is 13-17 Chancery Lane, HD1 2DR. All rooms are £78 pw and a 52 week contract.

Bills are paid separate, with them amounting to no more than £10pw (per person).

The contract has already started, however there is a chance the first month will have already been paid for, saving £390 for yourself.

Some of the lads will be living there through summer, so if you are interested and are around the area and want to have a look around the property, that is something that could be arranged.
