I dont know what to do as Ive written all my notes, learnt them and done lots of past papers. Were supposed to revise a lot but what do I do during the revision sessions?
History - mindmaps, essays, essay plans, write out key notes/dates usually with flashcards Psychology - mostly essay plans Biology - past papers and flash cards mostly, also use mind maps and general note making
Flashcards are pretty helpful for certain subjects. Sites like Quizlet and Get Revising will help you.

try helping people. it requires a much deeper understanding of a topic to get someone else to understand the topic than it does to answer the typical exam questions
maths - past papers english - past papers french - past papers / memrise science core - past papers / going through flash cards / posters science additional - past papers / going through flash cards / posters science further additional - making flash cards geography (human) - mindmaps for case studies are done, just making flash cards & doing past papers geography (physical) - doing mindmaps for case studies re (paper 1) - mindmaps & flash cards done - just doing past papers re (paper 2) - doing mindmaps & flash cards
So I put in bold the subjects that I haven't finished revision sources for, but overall I'm getting there!
