is it ok to use a rubber pen in my gcse exam?

...
No you really shouldn't. There's a rly high risk that what you've written will just disappear (because of friction or heat) before it even reaches the examiner.

Yeah because all examiners go over a paper with a rubber before scanning it in

HahAh totally
Don't do it - if I remember correctly, the ink from those friction pens can easily be rubbed off with your finger, and the papers may have to travel a long way before being marked etc.

If you have a rubber pen then it doesn't work, best bring a black biro and trusty pencils

If the papers were to be stored in hot conditions (e.g. due to weather) prior to scanning, your writing may fade - and this is a risk you oughtn't really take. Examiners don't mind if you make a mistake, and it's only to be expected, really - a line or neat scribble through will do suffice, providing that it's still legible. 😊

From JCQ rules list:

"You must not use correcting pens, fluid or tape, erasable pens, blotting paper."

so no
no never because it has this thing that if the ink of the pen reaches a certain temperature it disappears so thats why
