Squats
92.5kg 5x5 -was a struggle
Bench
65kg 2x5, 1x4 (fail) - got pinned for 15 seconds until I made eye contact with someone benching next to me.
Dropped it down 10% and did 57.5kg 2x5. Next session I'll get it.
Rows (straps)
82.5kg 5x5
Shrugs using the trap bar
50kg + trap bar - 3x8
Skullcrushers
Attempted to do 32.5kg + EZ bar, and I couldn't even get one rep
Went back down to 30kg + EZ bar and did 3x8 of dodgy reps all round.
EZ curls
22.5kg + bar 2x8, 1x7 (fail), PB
