I didn't really have a massive moment, because of the email, but yes, very very happy. I do not feel worthy, I never thought I would get in after my interviews ;_; But still, praise be to 2nd interviews, I'm so grateful for getting that second chance!

How do you feel? Well I knew I wasn't going to get an offer but it still stang a bit because I had a little hope. I've had my sulk for an hour or so and feel better now. History is ridiculously competitive and I never really stood a chance against the 29 people at my college, or the 1600 that applied overall! I'm just grateful for the experience, and have my fingers crossed for my other choices. Still going to be quite annoying having to tell people over and over again about it, haha. Congratulations to everyone who has offers and commiserations to everyone who was unsuccessful, you'll do well wherever you go :smile:

Thank you! I'm not, but out of sheer desperation I phoned yesterday and the admissions tutor put me on the list of applicants to email - apparently lots of others had done the same. Are you for Oriel too? Which course? And good luck!
