Hoping for an accepted offer.

Hi,

My situation basically is I have recently applied for an extended degree course with a new uni. But the only problem i have is that my old A-level certificates were damaged in a house accident. I have ordered for new ones but they won't arrive for another 3 weeks and my enrollment is this week. I do manage to have the results which was printed from my college but it was the official one which is sent int the post which is gone. Do you think they can accept this till the new ones arrive? Plus i recently got my credits from my previous university, do you think that they can accept those credits on to this new course?
