I have got an offer from Exeter to study French and English and I think its where I want to go so I have been looking at the accommodation and I was just wondering what people would recommend as the liveliest halls to go to, I'm not so bothered about going catered or self catered I just want to go somewhere thats going to be lots of fun, so what do you think?
