AQA is the worst exam board for biology- you can memorise all the content but still end up with a bad grade in the exam. I did bad in January aswell. I'm trying to learn all the unit 2 content and then go on the unit 1 (hopefully i still remember most of it) but because unit 2 is worth so much more, you should try and focus on that. I make notes on the content, highlight key points, and try and use flashcards. This is an amazing website for biology aqa revision and the notes on here have really helped me.
