Where Sting's house in Wallsend was, is now the Segedunum site. So are you not stretching the truth here? Considering to the east of Segedunum is Swan Hunter or something, and to the North the houses are mostly new builds.

Well when he had his BBC show last Christmas and he went back, they were standing looking over Segedunum, and Sting showed the presenter man a picture of all the streets that used to be there and said which one was his, and told him what it was like doing the milk rounds. Then he said something like 'and now its a Roman museum.'

well it's possible he lived in two houses in wallsend? it's not uncommon to move about. but he definitely lived above that takeaway.
