Tuition fees

Hi,

i have been looking into Scottish universities and noticed that it is only people from the UK who have to pay tuition fees in Scotland whereas for EU students it appears to have the same situation as for Scottish students, free.

I have been living in England for just over 10 years and am originally from Sweden and hold a Swedish passport and citizenship so i was wondering if i would have to pay for university in Scotland?

any feedback would be appreciated

Since you've been in the English school system, you'd have to pay.
