Applied ICT-Drop Down Menus

Advantages:
Lessens the chances of human error
Makes the system easier, quicker and more efficient

Disadvantages:
If somebody wanted to type something else it would need to be edited.

I couldn't name more because I've yet to do this, sorry.

Validation
no erroneous data

Disadvantage:
limit choices


P.s. I never did applied ICT but did ICT so know abit but not about applied

Any disadvantages of hyperlinks/links?? Got advantages but can't really see limitations of them.

Possible out of date links if linking externally
possible errors in the link
