uni fees

Ok so i browsing the internet the other day and doing a bit of research into what unis are going to be charging the maximum in 2012 and there was one article that said that a majority of unis that charge maximum fees will be giving out much bigger bursaries
Anyway i wanted to have another look but cant for the life of me find the page has anyone else heard anything about this and if you do have a link can you please provide
As a probability it is true, but no university has firmed up what it will be doing yet and certainly there are no set figures around other than there will be bigger bursaries BUT the thresholds will be lower at which you qualify. For example Oxford is talking about £16K family income for max bursary.
