This is RIDICULOUS, anyone who is thinking of taking days off in a 10 week internship that is as competitive as IB is an idiot, and is clearly not fit for finance.

The banks legally give you 5 days holiday as its prorated (25 for a year, 5 for 10 weeks). Anyone who takes them without a very mitigating circumstance (grad, wedding) is sending the worst message possible.
