Dropped out, worried people will judge me

Scroll to see replies

I dropped out at around 6 weeks into the course three years ago- now, three years on I'm about to graduate in another degree and it was the best decision I ever made. God knows how unhappy i'd have been if i'd stayed!

No one has ever judged me cause I stuck to my decision and made something out of it

it depends which uni you dropped out of.

If it was a metropolitan university, then they can only congratulate you because you have just bagged yourself 9000 pounds.

thank you
I wouldn't judge someone for dropping out of uni as long as it were for a legitimate reason and they're spending their time after constructively. Uni's not for everyone, anyone open minded enough will get that. I personally dropped out of doing some A Levels because I was doing badly and having a messed up time in general at sixth form, so I can't even go to uni right now anyway. Meh, there's more to life.

Personally I have more repsect for someone to have gone to Uni and dropped out rather than not to have gone at all.
