Like Hubie Brown said when Lin is playing pick and roll and driving all the time and distributes for about 80% of possessions turnovers are gonna happen
Just watched the last 2 games he played (9 and 7 TOs) and it really isn't about the pick and roll, he seems to have a really loose handle, he keeps the ball very far from his body and does silly stuff with it sometimes. It's like he doesn't hold it firmly enough. TBH though, Dallas did try to double team him with every possession today (good move) and it flustered him.
Still though, when he scores, he doesn't just do it once, like in the beginning of the 4th Q, 2 3-point plays at the basket and then assisting the 3's. He defo is an impact player.
In other news has anyone noticed that since Feb 4th, every game he's played has seen a personal high recorded for him?
Feb 4th: vs NJ 5reb 7ast 25pts 2stls (PH's in Reb, Ast, Pts)
Feb 6th: vs Utah 2reb 8ast 28pts 2stls (PH's in Ast & Pts)
Feb 8th: @ Wash 4reb 10ast 23pts 1stls 1 Blk (PH in Ast)
Feb 10th: vs LAL 4reb 7ast 38pts 2stls (PH in Pts)
Feb 11th: @Min 6reb 8ast 20pts 3stls (PH in Reb)
Feb 14th: @Tor 2reb 11ast 27pts 1stls (PH in Ast)
Feb 15th: vs Sac 5reb 13ast 10pts (PH in Ast)
Feb 17th: vs Nor 2reb 5ast 4stls 26pts 9TO (PH in TO & ties PH in Stls)
Feb 19th: vs Dal 4reb 14ast 5stls 28pts (PH in Ast & Stls)
Lebron is so close to being the perfect player. If he could just start playing like he does in the first 3 quaters in the 4th and win a few rings, I bet he'll go down as the greatest SF in history and one of the GOAT.
Power, speed, shooting, defence, rebounds... he's got it all.
