That is good to know, Antneb :-) I was becoming concerned as well, especially since people are calling themselves "mature" at the age of 20 ;-)

I'm having an identity crisis at the "ripe old age" of 22 because the universities insist on calling 21+ "mature students" :wink:

I guess I'd better learn to like the sound of it!

Hi guys. Should be getting my official confirmation for Archaeology tomorrow. Currently 25. Booking my accommodation tomorrow as they have loads of the bog standard rooms available. Doesn't bother me being ex forces, I'll be happy for a single room :biggrin:

Hey!! I'm 24 and studying law. So where is the best accommodation? I keep seeing iq kopa being mentioned but looks expensive, is it on campus?? I'm thinking I do wanna go out and socialise and have fun still even though I'm a mature student just don't think as much as the younguns!

Im 27 and living 15 mins away by train, i want to go out but maybe once every week - fortnight will do me fine :smile:

I want the full experience of uni, and fair enough its about growing up for the 18 year olds, think its a little bit about re-living your youth to the older ones haha

jesus me neither, a decent night out now takes me best part of a week to get over, i remember the days i used to be able to go out every night :frown:

I'm doing Community and Social Care under the social work school x

yeah i was told around 25 or so too. ive found 5 or 6 on facebook.
i'm gonna be driving in from manchester to start and then i plan to see how its working out at christmas and if its too much ill look to move down.
