Carphone warehouse background check and training

I m new to this forum and i have recently got a job at carphone warehouse. I have provided them some of my documents for what they asked for. On monday they mailed me to fill an online application form for background check. I did it.
Can you please tell me how much time does it take for back ground check? And they told me i have to go preston for training and i have to pass a test. What does it consist of? Is it hard? M really worried. Anyones early reply will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.[/INDENT]
