Trial Nightshift is similar to a day shift with Tesco except that the store is not open to customers unless you are working with a 24/7 store.

So the trial is basically the management team assessing your work capabilities - see how you handle doing certain tasks that they give you.
You'll probably be asked to collect cage's full of food items from the storeroom/warehouse area of the store and bring it to ( for example - sweets and crisps aisle) where you'll be asked to restock items on the shelves - remember to put the older ones to the front and new ones to the back - check dates for expiring so they go to the front so that customers take them instead of the new ones.
Once completed you'll be told what next to do.

I would expect a member of staff to assist you to show you what to do.

Try to do everything you are asked to do and don't say you can't as you'll not be offered a permanent job offer after the trial day.
There's not many people get asked to do a trial day as usually just do there induction day and then get there days and times sorted out.

Providing everything goes well you'll be asked to accept job offer ☺️
