I got into bath for chemical engineering too, although I thought it was on 24th june? Only reason I think that because I swear it was on my birthday, haha. Looking forward to seeing you all there!

I've decided that engineering isn't for me and i want to study pure physics :smile:

but the course should be good (at manchester)

You do know a general engineering course just means you don't choose which branch to specialise until after a year or two. If you specialise in mecheng it's pretty much identical to doing a mecheng course from the outset

I know, but the course at Bath isn't like that, it does specialise from the start although I doubt I'll get the A*AA grades... Most uni's do as you say though so I may still go for a general engineering course, depending on how I find out I've done in my exams this summer!

Ooooh and I just got a letter in the post from Headstart, we're staying in Grey College :smile:
