Birthday in Leeds

Hey guys,

Knew a few people who graduated from Leeds and they always raved about the nightlife. My birthday is coming up in a few weeks so we've decided to have a weekend away.

Can anyone recommend some good places to go out at night?

I'm thinking of going to Propaganda at the O2 Academy because they are always good nights but what bars would be good to go to beforehand?

It depends! 'What music are you into?' would be the most important question.

For pre-drinks you've got lots of options too:
Dry Dock (5 minutes away from O2)
Hyde Park Pub
Mook (v popular with 2-4-1 student cocktails)
Alchemist (expensive but VERY nice cocktails)
Smokestack (slightly pricey but very cool/nice bar)
Revs
etc
