Double room available in headingley from July 1st

We're three sociable fun girls looking for a fourth housemate to share our house with!
The house has four rooms all with double beds, wardrobe space and a desk. There's 1 bathroom on the second floor along with 2 bedrooms and the final two bedrooms are on the third floor.
On the first floor there's a kitchen/ dining area epuipt with dishwasher, oven, fridge ect. The table in the dining room has four chairs around it.
Also in the kitchen is a door leading down into the cellar where there's plenty if storage space and a dryer and washing machine.
The living room has recently been furnished with two new sofas.
The house is just off otley road so it's very close to bars and shops! The rent is 73pppw!
