sainsburys team leader
I have been working at sainsburys just less than a year...I currently just work on the tills and on self scan....a vacancy as team leader has come up...I really want to progress....should I apply for this...and what are team leaders responsible of doing?

Team leaders are basically supervisors. They run the department in the absence of the manager.
You have an interview where you have a DVD test, 1-1 interview, & a role play.
Yoy need to know what the job involves before you apply as they'll ask you questions about it in your interview.
