CV question

I have few questions about putting information on CV. For the past almost 4 months, I've been working as a warehouse operative, mainly sitting by computer and processing online orders, dealing with invoices for Customs, data entry and working with in-house software such as software for order processing and database for product search.

I also did other warehouse duties when needed. Can I put on my CV that I know picking & packing? I was trained on picking orders with hand barcode scanner but was only picking orders for about an hour until I had to go back to help my team colleague.

I didn't do a lot of packing, and only did some re-packing of orders. However, I've spent some time observing packers how they pack orders. Does that make me eligible to say I know packing procedures?
