It's about £10, possibly less if you go in advance.
It's easy to find somewhere to live, there are a lot of different accommodation providers, a lot of them specialise in student housing. The rent is much cheaper than campus (above poster says £90 per week but £80-£85 will still get you a nice house), the rooms are bigger and you'll usually be sharing with people you know and trust. You can get a room for £70-£80, but you would probably not have bills included and there could be various problems with the house itself. As a general rule, if a house looks too good to be true, it probably is!

I can't speak too much for employers, but Lancaster has been steadily getting a really good reputation in the last few years. Some departments are more respected than others, but the university as a whole is good.

Thanks for replying! : ) I have one last question, how hard it is to find a summer internship, given Lancaster's location?

This would depend a lot on your area of study, but from what I've seen and heard, it's pretty easy. I know quite a few people that have done them, and seen a lot advertised. You can usually find something with your own department, assisting a researcher with whatever it is they're doing at the time.
I guess this applies more to physical sciences/engineering than anything else.

Thank you! My degree is Management, so I hope I will be able to find something...

One last, last question, how much would it cost to join the football team? And how much does it cost to join a society on average, athough it obviously depends on the kind of society? : )

Probably around £5, but I can't be certain. Most societies are cheap to join unless they have very high costs because of insurance or whatever (like skydiving). You'll probably be asked to pay for your own kit after a while, but generally speaking you aren't required to spend a load of money to try out a new society.
