Cardiff's not on my level. I was struggling between which uni I would choose for my 5th choice. I chose LSE instead of Cardiff. Just trying to decide between Oxford and Durham for my first choice.

Ahh, ok I can see how that would be cause to consider which one to go for.
If you do decide to firm Durham (or even if you don't but are going to one of the offer holder open days)
there's a Facebook group for Durham offer holders going to the visit day, in case you want to whittle away
some time talking to people on there.
