Uni Results?

Currently in my third year (final year) at uni, does anyone know how I'd work out what percentages I need for a 2:1?
I have all my results from second year to hand but unsure on how to work it out!

May be subject to change but this should give you a rough idea.

1st = 70+%
2:1 = 60-69%
2:2 = 50-59%
3rd = 40-49%

Anything under 40% is usually a fail
