Do you think schools should start giving 'facebook lessons'?

The head of Kings College School says pupils need 'emotional resilience' classes to help them cope with using Facebook and other social media sites.

He says that Facebook is really bad for self-esteem. People care too much about getting 'likes' and having lots of online 'friends', rather than real life.

Facebook makes it seem like everyone else has way more interesting lives, and that can make people feel unhappy about themselves.

What do you think about this?

Does using Facebook make you feel bad about yourself?

Should people be using social media sites if they can't handle it...?

What age do you think is appropriate for people to start using Facebook?
Using Facebook does not make me feel bad about myself.

Does anyone actually use Facebook anymore? It's full of parents and old people now.
