Shortlisted by Next PLC

I have applied for many Next vacancies around my area. I have been shortlisted for all of them (13 vacancies) including 4 of them which are Sale Support Team vacancies.

Why am I not getting a call for an interview? Am I missing something?
What are my chances of getting a call for an interview?

I've been short listed 5/6 times and not managed to get through to the next stage, it's likely you may still have a chance though you'll just have to wait and see when they get back to you :smile:
