When does Freshers Week start?

Hello people!
I've looked everywhere and I've read numerous different dates for the Start of Freshers Week.
Can someone please tell me when freshers week starts
and when the actual academic term starts please!

starts upon arrival
Bowland, Cartmel, Furness and Grizedale on Sat 30th Sep
County, Fylde, Lonsdale and Pendle on 1st October

term starts following Monday .

Hey, well done for getting in! Ipswich and Bury, both go into the 'IP' postcode box... Guess whose summer job is in the sorting office at royal mail?!

Probably there's been a thread on this already, but have people recieved accomodation info/ starter packs, or heard anything about bursarys yet?

I think i should be entitled to a bursary for getting a's, but haven't heard anything, and so am panicking slightly!

ye i phoned em today, they said u shud have ur accom letter by end of enxt week! he sed this ''theres no need to rush everybody will get somehwere better than a cardboard box to live'' :eek:
