Why do people always laugh after farting?
And, similarly, why do children always laugh when they hear the words 'sex', '69', 'penis' and other sexual things?
There must be a scientific explanation for this.

the sudden contraction of your abmoninal muscles from laughing caused pressure on your bowels which helped push out the "gas". it was gonna come out no matter what.
