It seems strange that you bench as much as you squat! But I suppose the program increases squat weight every workout and bench only every other workout, in which case they will diverge quickly.
Are you doing any accessory exercises or is it only these lifts?
Yes u are right but this is according to 5*5 strong lift program. I lift weight according to this program i.e 3 times a week.
In remaining days doing running with boxing training twice a week.
I am not doing any fancy lifting because i dont want to be body-builder just want to get a strong physique.
Actually i just start this program . In past i lift the weights but without any progress plan i struck at following figure.
1. Deadlift: 146 KG (1 rep) 2. Squat : 86 KG (1 rep) 3. Bench : 70 KG (1 rep) 4. Running : 1 Mile in 6:30 Minuit, 100 Meter in 13.5 Sec 5. Boxing: 6 Set @ 2.5 Minute with Heavy bag
One person (BKS) then sugest me this program to whom i am thankful. Just want to see where this program will take me in 12 week. I will put my progree here
