I had bad knees when i was 11-14 and i was made to walk 3 miles a day since i was 12! so i did, and ive kept doing it walking for an hour a day, i go swimming when i can and i only just started lifting weights and ive literally got fitter, i already eat healthy, i never have fast food because im not allowed it

Its only when i started working out my arms with bicep curls for an hour a day muscles have started to spring up Todays schedule Up at 7am, shower + food 7:30 3 mile walk and rest until 9 9-12 bicep curls squats pressups etc lots f water sleep will 2 2-3 sunday dinner 3-4 sleep 5-6 work out leg muscles 9-11 college work and student room
