Whenever, my brother is searching for a job. The info always says GCSE Grade D to G or equivalent.

GCSEs allow you to move on to the next level of education if you get good results. They're important but not the be all end all - many teachers at my school had to redo theirs to get to a C so they could teach. All depends on what job you want and if you want to do it at A-level! :smile:
