Plans for low carb were almost sabotaged by a decision to have a meal out at Pizza Express. Opted to go for their healthier pizza which had a relativly low carb count (theres a hole in it under that salad):
Dinner was chicken + cheese, chilli fried mushrooms with spring onions and broccoli. I've also replaced the lunchtime sandwich with a 2nd apple to further lower carbs. Suspect that alot of the weight loss at this stage is still water loss so trying to drink more water as well.
