Your best bet in terms of a central website is probably www.findaphd.com. That lists a lot of PhD research opportunities, so you could trawl round that to see what might interest you. However not all PhDs are advertised there and not all of them on that website are funded if that's an issue. Quite a lot of projects only get as far as individual uni websites, so you need to focus on unis which have departments in your field and keep your eye on those.

Did you end up doing the MA in Textile Innovation & Branding at Leeds this year? Because ideally, a PhD would lead on from some aspect of that. I'd say that if you don't have a clear idea of what you want to research, then you're not ready for a PhD by a long shot. PhDs are a very focussed piece of research, which usually takes an area you're interested in and examines a small part of it in detail.

Thank you. I'm currently doing MA, after that I'm willing to do PhD. But I found departments, but not a research topic yet. I really don't know how I'm going to find a research topic

You're essentially asking us to tell you what you're interested in and what you're capable of specialising in. Nobody here can do that.

If you've identified appropriate departments, you can contact staff there and ask whether they might have appropriate research projects in the pipeline.

Beyond that, try the website I linked to above and see if anything takes your fancy. Do a lot of reading around your subject to find out the latest research trends and see if anything looks interesting.
The fact that you don't have a topic already lined up in your head suggests that you aren't ready to do a PhD.

This might sound harsh, but if you are thinking about a PhD because you don't want to leave Uni yet, or you fancy the title of Dr, these are not good enough reasons. Doing a PhD is a tough journey. Its lonely and hard work, and many people give up before the finishing line. Not being that engaged with your research topic is one of the most common reasons people fail.

Take some time (years if necessary) to think out what you want to research - and why.
