Edexcel A2 English Literature coursework - third book suggestions

In English Lit we've been set summer work to choose our third text for our A2 coursework. The two set texts are Othello and Atonement. The third text needs to have common themes with the other two texts. --- Anyone got any suggestions?

Something to think about. Perhaps you could contrast the depictions of sex - and/or attraction in general - (which are rather negative in both Othello and Atonement) with a text that perhaps gives a much more positive view on it. Or, alternatively, perhaps you could use Khaled Hosseini's The Kite Runner.
