can i not use my previous job as refrence
If i am about to apply for another job or apprenticeship can I not use my last job as refrence. So can i just say I have not worked before. But wouldnt they find out if they check throu my NI number?
If i have bad relationship with my manager and he really dislikes me . Could that cause problems for my career employment even if I do not use that job as my refrence?

Many employers ask for references from your current or last job so you would have to leave it off your CV/application, which might make you uncompetitive.
